"I needed to get my registration renewed and was out of state, so I called Sweetwater last week but missed them as they had closed for the day. Well, around an hour later I got a call from Karen at the agency who got my message from their website and called to assist. An hour after they closed, and she could have not been any more helpful than she was. Excellent service beyond what was expected and an associate who could honestly be the bench mark for excellent customer service."

"Sweetwater Auto Tag Agency may be small, but their service is outstanding. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I didn’t get her name, but the lady at the first window was extremely helpful and took extra steps to gather the information needed to resolve my request. Excellent job, Sweetwater Auto Tag Agency."
