"This place is confusing. There is a sign to the right of the door with an arrow pointing to the right saying the line starts to the right so I thought I have to walk to another door on the right to enter, but no, that door was locked and the initial main door was the correct door. This place is narrow, just enough space to sit on left side or stand in front of counter on the right side. When you walk in there are no signs as to where the line starts. A line of maybe seven chairs lines the wall on the left. I asked someone standing near the door if that was the line and she said I had to walk to the front to get a ticket. It would make more sense to put the ticket machine near the door rather than all the way to the front. There is a sign on top of the ticket machine that says to take a ticket and sit, and if there are no chairs, you wait outside. One female staff there used Spanish AND English to call numbers which is considerate, but another female staff uses only Spanish to call the ticket numbers which I feel is language discrimination. The Spanish-only female staff called a number, waited a second, called a second number, someone responded in Spanish but Spanish-only staff continues on to calling a third number which was mine. The customer that responded to the second number goes up first and so I'm standing behind her because my number was also called. I called out my number and none of the staff says anything to me. There is a machine that displays the current ticket number and it shows my number too. I looked around and there were at least two female staffs just sitting there; one of them looked up to glance at me. I sat back down and waited for the next staff to call numbers. Sure enough the next staff called the number after mine so I had to go over and tell him my number was skipped. He apologized which was nice since it wasn't his fault. He was knowledgeable and quick; I was done in five minutes. I was there to surrender my tags. Just gave him my tag, show my driver's license, and pay the $5 agency fee. That's it. My other tag was stolen so I followed the instructions online, filed a police report, printed out the affidavit and forms, BUT the male staff says he didn't need it. He had me sign their own affidavit, show him my driver's license, and then pay the $5 agency fee. It was all very fast and simple."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Sweetwater Auto Tag Agency. I recently moved to Miami from out of state in the last several months. I was dreading trying to find time to break away from work in order to transfer my title/tags/registration through the excessive bureaucratic processes of the Dept of Motor Vehicles. Being open on Saturday, Sweetwater was my best option. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service. Not only did Michelle exhibit such a helpful, sweet, and polite demeanor, but she demonstrated how to execute the transfer process in a smooth, quick, and efficient manner. She was a joy to work with, and surprised me with an easy and painless experience. Thank you Michelle! I'll be sure to visit Sweetwater Auto Tag Agency again next year for my renewal!"
