"Everytime I got there the staff always takes great care of me.__Sometimes there maybe a line outside but it moves rather quickly and note the only reason there's a line is because its a small office space they have.__Otherwise its a quick and simple process."

"(Translated by Google) It is always a pleasure to come to this agency, I did not have to wait more than 30 minutes to be attended to, which I believe is a very short waiting time and when it was my turn Alba, the girl who assisted me, kindly apologized for the time it took. I had to wait, she was kind and willing to help me at all times. This is how customer treatment should be and all institutions in Miami should work! Gracias!"
