"This so rude experiences I have noticed from many visits to this agency are provoked by the very rude attitudes and or reactions originary of impatience. Over all they are great hard working people and one should attempt to view through others perspective to be more sensible and thereof, solve what needs to be done in a smooth and respectful way!! ( this is my un-bias opinion/advice for both the customer and the service providers~who are already been paid to provide the out best customer service possible).So help them help you pls!"
