"Went here to update my car registration yes the place was fully packed but again that's with most tag agencies I thought it was going to be a long wait time but amazingly even though there was a lot of people waiting it just didn't seem that it took that long for my turn and once I went up to the counter I was done and finish in about a minute's time"
